WebWith Telus smarthome, as other posts have mentioned, it's using the Alarm.com platform. It's a very robust system and have alot of diff products to cater to your security needs. In my setup, I already had wiring installed and run from my previous alarm setup. It's mostly designed for wireless and easy installation. WebWhile Telus has fast internet with Fiber, they have a complete lack of customer service—basically none at all. They will continue charging you for internet even when it doesn't work, providing no means whatsoever to get service to fix the issue. This is contract negligence. Date of experience: April 04, 2024.
