WebFNH 200 is taken by a lot of people because its relatively easy and kind of interesting (intro to food science/processing), plus the prof likes to bring in food. WebFnh200 is chill and really manageable there's weekly quizzes and discussion posts (discussions are for completion). There's a term project with two parts that you do with a group that is also not bad at all. WebFNH 200 is more food processing, manufacturing and basically the food science. I had a pretty easy prof (Siyun Wang) and only had one assignment on mushrooms which was kind of vague but easy to do well on if you have the right points.
