WebYou are bringing up good points here, but in my opinion notoriety is overrated game. It’s a complete remake of payday 2, literally everything is the same. It’s still fun to play even with the janky physics. Ep seems to be a combination of games never taking too much inspiration from just one game. WebNotoriety is pretty much PAYDAY 2, so yes it has stealth. Stealth is pretty much impossible with so much eye/ear witnesses, cameras, guards, and safety measures, so better makes small stealth at start while you get to your objective, and then you put on your mask and do whatever the heck you want.
